Shipping & Handling
All packages are sent out by 1st Class Recorded/Registered Post, requiring a signature on receipt. Please specify on your order if that is not convenient and we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.

Delivery Schedule
We will deliver your goods within 14 days although we aim to dispatch within 24/48 hours of receiving your order. Although we do hold substantial stocks please be aware that personalized products are manufactured to order and may take up to 14 days to be delivered to you.

If for any reason an item you requested is out of stock at the time we receive your order, we will contact you by your chosen method (telephone, snail mail or email) and let you know an expected date of arrival. At this point you will also have the option to cancel the order and be refunded for that item.

If you have not received your order or dispatch notification within seven days from placing your order then please contact us with details.It is essential that you provide a contact telephone number to enable us to resolve any issues as quickly as possible with our delivery provider, unfortunately e-mail tends to delay this process substantially.

Guarantee
Every item is checked prior to dispatch but in the unlikely event of a product failing within 7 days of receipt, we will be pleased to exchange or refund it. Defective products will be replaced with an identical item or a refund processed upon receipt of the returned goods.

For your own protection, items should be returned to us by Recorded Delivery. We would appreciate it if you would contact us prior to returning the item because as soon as we are notified, a replacement product will be allocated for immediate dispatch when your returned package arrives with us.

As many of our products are items of a personalized nature, we regret that we are not able to offer a refund or exchange as standard although we will replace faulty products. This does not affect your Statutory rights.
