Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a pleasant and calming experience giving a great sense of well-being. It is a changed state of awareness that refreshes both mind and body.

Throughout our life we are programming our mind to adapt to different situations. Some are positive thoughts and others are negative. Each session lasts approx 1 hours and costs £50 payable at the session by cheque, cash or electronic transfer.

The first session includes a free 30min consultation.
