Through our awareness events, your team can enjoy a fresh approach to managing stress and will learn:

All events can be tailor made to meet the needs of your team and can be designed to tackle stress at all levels of the organisation. Our events can run for half a day to two days depending on what content is required. For example: An introduction to Stress management will run for half a day whereas a Stress Management for Managers will take 2 full days.
